COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the recent increase in reported COVID-19 cases in our area, our office will continue to remain closed to walk-in customers. The health and safety of our team and customers remain a top priority, and as a result, our team has been asked to work remotely as much as possible.

We do have a small team on-site to accept deliveries and handle any requests that cannot be accommodated remotely. Prior to visiting our office, please call (813) 868-1104. Many requests may be accommodated via our online services, thus minimizing face to face interactions as per CDC guidance. Remember you can download the Avid Property Management app via the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.

In the meantime, our customers should expect to receive the same great level of service that you have become accustomed to, with little to no interruption. Office hours remain Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding holidays. Our walk-in policy is only temporary, and we look forward to resuming normal operations once it is safe to do so.
